The same process applies regardless of which service you need. Nothing is assumed, nothing proceeds without agreement.
Intake & Condition Log
Watch documented and photographed. Existing condition noted in detail before any tool touches it.
Assessment & Quote
Watchmaker reviews the piece and discusses findings with you. Scope and cost confirmed before work begins.
Service Work
Work carried out to agreed scope. If anything additional is found, you're contacted before it's addressed.
Return with Report
Watch returned with a plain-language service record noting what was done and any relevant observations.
Strap & Pin Service
A properly fitting strap or bracelet affects how comfortable a watch is to wear and how well it stays in position. This service covers sizing, pin replacement, and full band replacement where the existing strap is worn through or damaged. Clasp function is checked as part of the work, and comfort adjustments are made where needed. It's a quick, practical option — no tear-down of the movement required.

- Spring bar and solid pin replacement where needed
- Full strap replacement — leather, rubber, nylon, or metal
- Clasp and deployment buckle function check

Movement Clean & Regulate
Mechanical lubricants break down over time, especially in warm and humid climates. A movement that's running fast, slow, or inconsistently — or one that simply hasn't been serviced in several years — benefits from a focused clean and regulation. The service includes cleaning key points, applying appropriate lubricants, and observing timing across multiple positions. A short written report covers behaviour before and after the work.

Sport & Diver Restoration
Water-resistant watches require periodic renewal of the rubber gaskets that maintain their seals — and in coastal Thailand, those gaskets degrade faster than most manufacturers anticipate. This service covers the full suite of work needed to return a diver or sport watch to serviceable condition: gasket renewal, bezel service, case refinishing where needed, and a water resistance observation at the end. Post-service guidance on coastal care is included.

- Crown, caseback, and crystal gasket renewal
- Bezel click mechanism service and inspection
- Case and bracelet refinishing (brushed or polished)
- Water resistance pressure observation
- Coastal use and maintenance guidance
Process steps:
Pre-service pressure test — current resistance documented
Case opened, all gaskets replaced, bezel mechanism serviced
Case refinishing carried out per owner preference
Post-service pressure test and coastal care notes added to report

Secure Handling & Storage
All watches are individually labelled, logged, and stored in a locked cabinet when not actively being worked on.
Documented Condition at Intake
Pre-existing marks, scratches, and functional issues are logged before work begins. Nothing is assumed to have happened during service.
Quality Parts Only
Gaskets, pins, and consumables are sourced from established suppliers. No generic substitutes for anything structural or seal-critical.
No Work Without Agreement
If additional work is found during service, we contact you before proceeding. The final cost reflects only what was agreed.
Written Report with Every Return
Plain-language documentation of what was done, what was observed, and any recommendations for future care.
Post-Service Follow-Up
Return within a reasonable period if anything is unexpected. Adjustments within the scope of the completed work are handled without additional charge.
